Policies

Joining us for Yoga class or Meditation?  No Pre-registration is Required.  ( Please arrive 10 min. before class is scheduled to begin)

*Pre-registration Required -  *Prenatal Yoga Series - * Beginner Series Yoga Classes - *Meditation Series - * Kidding Around Yoga.   All Series Classes are a sequence of classes at a reduced rate. ( It is possible to make up a missed class in a series.)  -  Students must call in advance if you would like to attend or drop into a Beginner Series Class that you are not registered in.  You may register for these classes over the phone or via email.

Please note : The 6 and 10 Class Cards have an Expiration Date as follows:

6 classes in 2 consecutive months

10 classes in 3 consecutive months

Class cards that have expired can be extended AS A COURTESY for an
additional $5

Yoga is an Art and a Science

Yoga is about developing awareness and personal discovery to live a balanced life. All classes incorporate yoga poses, breathing exercises, relaxation, meditation, and yogic philosophy. You will receive personal attention and support in our small classes.

Beginners Yoga and Beginner Yoga Series

Discover the fundamentals of Yoga including basic poses, breathing techniques and relaxation. Suitable for new students, students returning to yoga after an injury, or those wanting to ease back into a yoga practice.

Vinyasa Flow and Beginners Vinyasa

Explore the intenstiy and challenge that yoga can bring ! Practice linking poses together in an energtic flowing sequence. Suitable for all students that would like to work their body, a basic level of physical fitness is recommended for this class.

All Levels Yoga

Practice at your own level by listening to your body's wisdom. Explore a combination of yoga poses for balance, strength, and flexibility. Relax tense areas and strengthen weak areas by developing your awareness. Experience a renewed body and calm mind. All level classes vary in content and intensity.

G: Gentle, Suitable for both beginner and experienced students alike, or those returning to yoga after an injury. Pose sequences are gentle, restorative, calming, and meditative.

A: Active, Suitable for both beginner and experienced students alike. Pose sequences are active energizing, with a focus on meditation-in-motion.

V: Vigorous. Some yoga experience is recommended or a good level of physical fitness. Pose sequences are more vigorous with opportunities to explore more challenging postures while still practicing meditation-in-motion.

Prenatal Yoga Series

Enjoy the benefits of yoga while pregnant, learn poses to help ease the discomforts of pregnancy and prepare the body for childbirth. Call for information as space is limited in this class. You can pay per class or pay a discounted price if you purchase 6 class card. 

Introduction to Meditation

No prior experience required. You wll learn preparation skills, breathwork, concentration techniques, as well as practicing meditaiton each week.
